On request we offer our customers nuts in a variety of special forms. These also include the pointed nut.
Depending on the wishes of our customers we produce pointed nuts with a thread of M2,5 to M12 (1/8" to 5/16") and a length of 10 to 200 mm. Thereby material widths of 5 to 40 mm are available. You can choose the suitable material strengths of 1,3 to 8 mm for your individual requirements.
We offer all our pointed nuts in a great variety of materials: beginning with steel over stainless steel up to brass: choose the material suitable for you in a simple and uncomplicated manner. Thereby you can obtain our pointed nuts in flat or profiled execution.
In addition to the common blank surface, different surface finishings are available. These include all galvanic coatings, thermal galvanizations (TZN) and zinc flake coating.
Pointed nuts are used in the range of aluminium profile technology respectively assembly technology. In addition to that, they are today used in the automotive industry.
