On request we offer all our nuts in different special forms to our customer. These include contact nuts for the electronics industry provided with fluting, waffle pattern and/or lifted border and edges. But also oval nuts and pointed nuts for different application ranges.
We can offer you these special forms with a thread of M2,5 to M12 (1/8" to 5/16"), a length of 10 to over 200 mm and material widths of 5 to 40 mm. Most different material strengths of 1,3 mm to 8 mm are available concerning the special forms. We offer a variety of materials, beginning with steel and stainless steel up to brass in flat or profiled execution. You will find the suitable product for each application with the company Vöhrs.
Concerning the surfaces of the special forms you can choose between a blank surface or different surface finishings like all galvanic coatings, thermal galvanizations (TZN) and zinc flake coating.
